- SB 731 (FARRY and COLLETT): The bill amends Act 91 of 1971, the State Lottery Law, to extend a moratorium on increases in income due to a Social Security cost-of-living adjustment for certain individuals enrolled in the PACE and PACENET programs. The bill also restores a short title to the section of Act 91 that covers the PACE and PACENET programs.
