Senate Bill 530 (Martin) – Provides for the expulsion of a student convicted or adjudicated delinquent for sexual assault against a student in the same school.
- Amendment A03546 (Langerholc) – Comprehensive amendment based on stakeholder conversations and feedback. Provides for various options for removal of the offending student, and provides for notification to school for a student convicted as an adult, and provides or consideration for outside of school events.
Senate Bill 850 (Langerholc) – Creates the Community Engaged Schools for Success Pilot Program.
