S.B. 145 Brooks Exempts municipal trucks from PennDOT’s bonding of restricted highways, allows an employee of a political subdivision to operate a snowplow truck without a Commercial Driver’s License, creates a permanent program for Letters of Local Determination (LoLD) to haul timber, and modifies how to haul a dozer.
A03855 Langerholc Creates a gut-and-replace amendment to exempt municipal trucks from PennDOT’s bonded highways, except bridges, and extends the sunset date to December 31, 2028, for LoLD.  The remaining provisions were enacted in the 2019-20 Session.
S.B. 1094 Gebhard Modernizes the Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee.
S.B. 1186 Gordner and Saval Allocates a portion of the USA Semiquincentennial Plate to the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission for activities.
