- Senate Bill 869 (Mastriano/Stefano) – Moment of Silence in Schools in Observance of September 11, 2001
- Amendment A06087 (Langerholc) – Removes the requirements of the State Board of Education and the Department of Education to create a standard curriculum and requiring in-service training. Changes “vocational-technical school” to “career and technical school”.
- Senate Bill 1125 (Martin) – School District Property Tax Payment and Penalty Relief
- Amendment A06050 (Langerholc) – Clarifies that the provisions only apply to taxes on real estate.
