  • SB 462 (Phillips- Hill) – Amends the Public School Code to repeal outdated
  • SB 536 (Browne) – Amends the Public School Code to establish the Public Higher Education Funding Commission.
  • SB 590 (Browne) – Amends the Public School Code to establish the Charter School Funding Advisory Commission.
  • SB 700 (Browne) – Amends the Public School Code to provide for construction and renovation of buildings by school entities; and establishing a grant program for maintenance projects.
