Senate Bill 456 (Bartolotta) – Amends the Private Licensed Schools Act to replace the requirement that all campuses must be located within one county to a requirement based on distance.
Senate Bill 621 (Regan) – Amends Act 44 of 2018 to include clarifications related to duties of school police officers, school resource officers, and school security guards and make necessary technical corrections.
Amendment A01237 (Langerholc) – Makes technical corrections and clarifies references to “school police officer services” and “school security guard services” rather than the ambiguous term “school security services.”
