  • House Bill 265 (Staats) – Expands a current database which allows students and potential students to plan where courses, programs, certificates, and diplomas transfer among public schools and institutions of higher education.
    • Amendment A0#### (Langerholc) –
      • Incorporates HB 334 (Grove) – Codifies an existing pilot program to expedite the classification of instructional programs and requires the Department of Education to issue guidelines regarding credit transfers. Passed the House 195-0.
      • Incorporates HB 297 (Mako) which requires the Department of Education to develop materials pertaining to career information and recruitment. Passed Senate Education Committee unanimously on June 11, 2019.
      • Includes language regarding CTE Equipment Grants to clarify the purchase of tool sets. 
  • Senate Bill 751 (Aument) – Reforms the Educator Evaluation System currently in use in the Commonwealth.
    • Amendment A02136 (Aument) – Removes LBFC study requirement and includes various technical changes.
